Value Delivered

We delivered all fire sprinkler work for 13 of the 20 buildings on ExxonMobil’s campus in the Houston metro.

The site was one of the largest commercial construction projects in the country. Because of the project’s scope, all 20 buildings were built simultaneously to increase efficiency, which required us to collaborate closely with other trades. The completed project earned LEED Gold Certification.

Thanks to the caliber of our work and professionalism, we were retained by ExxonMobil for ongoing fire sprinkler service work and inspections across the entire campus.

Client Objectives

ExxonMobil wanted to bring a number of its global functional groups together on one campus, and required an experienced contractor capable of delivering campus-wide fire protection solutions, including for office, laboratory, childcare, wellness, and parking facilities.

Solutions

We provided end-to-end fire sprinkler systems for multiple facilities across the 4,000,000-square-foot campus, including a 200,000-square-foot lab and buildings ranging from 250,000 to 350,000 square feet. Our solutions included:

  • Full sprinkler systems in three parking garages
  • 60,000 sprinkler heads
  • Multiple fire pump systems for 13 buildings
