As Branch Manager of Northstar Fire Protection of Texas' (Northstar) Dallas office, it is Dale’s responsibility to help ensure that Northstar completes projects on time, while maintaining and growing healthy customer relationships in the process.
Expertise
Coming from a family of firefighters, Dale has been a part of the Northstar team since 2002. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in the company, including Project Manager, Operations Manager, and his current role of Branch Manager.
Dale has participated in and helped lead a variety of projects for Northstar with some of the country’s most important companies and institutions, including the George Bush Presidential Library, the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino, and Bank of America data centers in multiple states.
Dale graduated from Seneca College with a degree in fire protection technology engineering. Additionally, he holds a certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), is a Responsible Managing Employee for Fire Sprinklers in the State of Texas, and sits on the board for the North Texas chapter of the National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA).
The Personal Side
Dale and his wife have three active boys who play hockey and baseball. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, camping, and volunteering with his sons’ hockey teams.
