Located at 2000 McKinney in Dallas, this project included a 20 story building and 1 level of basement work. This includes 6 levels and 472,000 sq. ft. of above ground parking and 15 levels and 463,000 sq. ft. of office space.

Completed in September of 2006, this project includes 14 stories of Office Tower space, 4 stories of Parking Garage space, and 2 stories of Retail. The total square footage is 369,000.
