Worked for a prominent sprinkler contractor in Houston for the first 5 years after graduation.
Joined Northstar Fire Protection of Texas, Inc. in May 1986. 22 years of continual service.
Appointed as Vice President and assumed the Dallas Branch Mangers position in 1992.
Joined as a partner in Northstar Fire Protection of Texas, Inc. in 2002.
Presently serving as a member of the National Fire Sprinkler Association’s - Engineering & Standards 
    Committee which reviews national fire protection codes and makes recommendations to the NFPA code
    committee’s for any changes, clarifications or modifications as needed. Member since 2004.
NFPA Technical Committee on Cleanrooms. Appointed in 2007 as an Alternate Member.
NICET Level IV – Fire Protection Engineering Technology 1991.
State of Texas RME-0257 license in Fire Protection – Acquired in 1987.


HOUSTON:

Graduated in 1998 from Seneca College in Fire Protection
Worked with Northstar Fire Protection immediately after graduation in the Dallas office.
Assumed the position of branch manager in the Houston Area in 2007.


SAN ANTONIO:

Brad MacMillan, V. P.
Graduated in 1998 with a Fire Protection Engineering Diploma from Seneca College
Joined Northstar Fire Protection of Texas, Inc. in May 1998. 10 years of continual service.
Appointed as Vice President and assumed the San Antonio Branch Managers position in 2006.
NICET Level IV – Fire Protection Engineering Technology 2008.
